I chose to tell a story about the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation’s (WRF) shared vision and partnership with Arkansas Community Colleges (ACC). Because WRF and ACC new higher education is one of the single most effective tools available to drive economic mobility in Arkansas communities, leadership at these organizations set out to do whatever it took to ensure more Arkansas residents acquired the knowledge, skills, and certificates employers needed them to have.
